Thanks Nancy for pointing out the obvious. But what's that make you and the Democratic congress? Despite the fact that Bush is a 'failure' and one of the most unpopular Presidents since everyone found out that Taft liquidated orphans and smoked them to get high, you seem to turtle and cower in fear whenever he barks out his random, ape-like commands. Every time he wants to hack away at our laws and freedoms, like say the 4th amendment killer that legalized illegal wiretapping, made it easier to spy without oversight, and gave immunity to felony crimes, you stiffen your back and say "Yes sir, is there anything else we can do for you." When he breaks the law you can barely muster the energy to call hearing let alone start investigations and make orders to the shackle and manacle companies.

When Republicans were in charge they didn't let anything hit the floor unless it was exactly like they wanted. You and Reid seem to let anything go to the floor and let anything happen no matter how damaging. Then when Republicans filibuster all the other shit, you don't even have the political savvy to whine about obstruction constantly to the media. They set a two year filibuster record in one year! Thanks for the stand on drilling though, really going out on a limb, would have preferred one on something that really mattered.

Future tip: stop conducting yourselves on the belief that you will get called weak if you don't do something war or security related the Republicans want. When you do what they want, you will get called weak for doing what they want and as an added bonus America gets a shitty new law that fucks them. Your approval rating is sub-Cheney. It's that way because Democrats hate what the Democrats are doing also. You are more popular among Republicans. Wonder why? I don't. Shape up. You're ineffective and pathetic.
