via the Smoking Gun, comes a series of people getting mugshots wearing interesting t-shirts. Among them were these two ladies, apparently arrested for trying to sneak a pound of uncut Hope and two bricks of pure Colombian Change across the border. Hope mules.
Or they were booked for loitering, it doesn't say.
