Yesterday morning Wikileaks released a long-anticipated classified US military video depicting the 2007 killing of approximately 12 Iraqi civilians -- including Reuters employees Namir Noor-Eldeen and Saeed Chmagh. Reuters filed a FOIA request for the video soon after the attack but was constantly rebuffed. Wikileaks credits several anonymous whistleblowers with providing the footage. A senior military official has confirmed the video's authenticity.
