Funeral tweeting

You know, we all love these new gadgets on the intarwubs that help us communicate, inform, bitch about politics, and enact petty grudges semi-anonymously. Blogs, facebook, Twitter, all good. About Twitter, though. While it certainly has it's uses, like say shooting out quick updates that aren't worthy of even blogger's low standards, quick status updates, and demanding people take your brain custard.

But as a way to liveblog the funeral of a murdered three year old? A tad beyond the pale, a touch indelicate. Or is it the future? No it's lowlife behavior.
RMN_Berny: family members shovel earth into grave
RMN_Berny: rabbi calls end to ceremony
RMN_Berny: rabbi chanting final prayer in hebrew
RMN_Berny: earth being placed on coffin.
RMN_Berny: rabbi recites the main hebrew prayer of death
RMN_Berny: rabbi zucker praying
RMN_Berny: coffin lowered into ground
RMN_Berny: people gathering at graveside
RMN_Berny: procession begins
RMN_Berny: cars queueing up to follow hearse
RMN_Berny: pallbearers carry out coffin followed by mourners.
RMN_Berny: people again are sobbing. rabbi again asks god to give marten everlasting life.
While family and friends are mourning a 3 year old, you shouldn't be tapping out status updates on your Sidekick. The world doesn't need your hamhanded texting about shoveling dirt on a grave.
