Smells like victory?

November 4th is really beginning to look less like a culmination of two years of hard, historic campaigning than it is a fast-approaching mercy killing. Today, while McCain was busy elevating the level of discourse by accusing Obama of flip-flopping on the vital issue of baseball loyalties, Palin was reminding us that she still has no idea what the Vice President is actually supposed to do.

I used to be a little bit nervous. Now I just kind of sigh and chuckle and wonder aloud how long it'll be before McCain outright calls Obama a communist and Palin reverts to pole dancing.

Two weeks, Barry. Play it tight. No baby dropping. Oh, and none of this business, either.
