A kilogram of beef is responsible for more greenhouse gas emissions and other pollution than driving for 3 hours while leaving all the lights on back home.And Lord help you if you're driving a goddamned meat sedan for those three hours. The greenhouse gases would incalculable.
Isn't it great to know that once we get that whole carbon emissions thing worked out (you know, a week after the sun explodes) we then have to get that whole food production thing worked out? Which may even be harder to do. Isn't that great? It will never end.
